Position Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle capture efforts from opportunity identification through proposal submission
- Conduct opportunity shaping and early customer engagement
- Develop capture plans, win strategies, and PWin assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Lead go/no-go decisions and competitive positioning
- Establish teaming strategies and partnerships
- Collaborate across BD, proposals, pricing, recruiting, and leadership
- Support proposal development and compliance inputs
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance
- 8+ years in federal capture or BD roles
- DoD experience (USMC, USAF, USN preferred)
- Experience shaping opportunities pre‑RFP
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS lifecycle
- Prior military experience (Marine Corps preferred)
- Existing DoD relationships
- Shipley methodology familiarity
- Tools:
