Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Roles & Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across the end-to-end trade lifecycle (Front, Middle, Back Office)
- Act as key liaison between business stakeholders (trading, operations, compliance) and technology teams
- Drive deep understanding of trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, and asset servicing
- Perform process analysis and identify optimization/automation opportunities across trade operations
- Support solution design and functional workflows in collaboration with architecture and development teams
- Create and maintain BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flow documentation in Agile environments
- Conduct data analysis, validation, and reconciliation for trade and transaction data
- Lead/support SIT/UAT testing, test case creation, and defect resolution
- Identify and implement GenAI use cases (documentation automation, trade exception analysis, insights generation)
- Collaborate with AI teams on prompt design, validation, and business alignment of AI outputs
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements (financial regulations, messaging standards)
- Drive stakeholder communication, governance updates, and issue resolution
Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year
