FICO SAP S4Hana Consultant

Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead functional consultant for the SAP S/4
  
  HANA finance transformation initiative
• Support the migration/conversion from legacy ERP/SAP environments into SAP S/4
  
  HANA
• Partner with finance and accounting leadership to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Lead design discussions and recommend best practices across SAP FICO functionalities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing operations, supply chain, and IT
• Support data migration, testing strategy, UAT, issue resolution, and go-live activities
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help standardize financial processes across the organization
• Provide post-go-live stabilization and user support as needed

• 7+ years of SAP FICO functional consulting experience
• Prior hands-on experience supporting at least one SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation or conversion project
• Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO modules with exposure to treasury and credit management functions
• Experience working in manufacturing or complex operational environments preferred
• Proven ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with both finance and technical teams
• Experience with system integration, testing, and financial process design
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred
