AI​/ML Engineer

Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a AI/ML Engineer to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid,
Direct Hire position.

SALARY: $92,293 - $120,000 (depending on experience)

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in software development
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch)
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• RPA platform experience (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and API integration

• Develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models and RPA solutions
• Build and maintain AI pipelines including data preparation, training, and deployment
• Create and implement intelligent automation workflows
• Support AI governance, standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
• Research and prototype emerging AI technologies, including GenAI and LLMs
• Develop reusable AI and automation components for enterprise use
• Document technical processes and support governance initiatives
• Provide mentorship and training on AI/automation technologies
