• Drive new data insights to uncover business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Have a firm understanding of statistics and data visualization for communication.
• Understand business growth areas and how to utilize important data.
• Identify new analytic trends, data needs and provide repeatable analytic solutions.
• Work with key stakeholders to generate hypotheses and create analytic models that answer impactful business questions.
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, or clustering where applicable.
• Be experienced in data wrangling and dynamic model tuning.

• Work on projects leveraging expertise in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
• Assist in breaking down complex business problems, developing solutions, and delivering with a high degree of focus on client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research, develop a point-of-view and communicate effectively back to clients and stakeholders.
• Bring innovative thinking, resourcefulness and creativity to achieve successful client outcomes.
• Establish relationships with clients at appropriate levels, gain an understanding of project work and problems encountered.
• Work with data sets of varying degrees of size and complexity, including both structured and unstructured data.
• Pipe and process massive data streams in distributed computing environments.
• Implement batch and real-time model scoring.
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Apply business knowledge to analyze data, develop reports and solve problems.
• Perform ad hoc analyses of data depending on business needs.
• Participate in the analysis and resolution of issues related to information flow and content with data stakeholders.

• 7+ years of experience supporting data science projects in a consulting environment.
• 7+ years of experience participating in projects focused on one or more of the following areas: predictive analytics, data design, statistics, AI/ML, ML Ops.
• 7+ years of experience using Python and/or R to analyze disparate datasets.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Sound judgment with minimal support from practice executives through structured problem identification, mitigation, and resolution.
• Team player with a consistent, dependable work ethic, flexible can-do attitude, and a commitment to success.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of Gen AI / LLM hands-on development experience.
• Ability to drive individual hands-on development and oversee more junior developers/engineers.

• 7+ years of experience supporting data science projects in a consulting environment.
