This role may be based in our global operations center in Tampa, FL, or in Dallas.
We are seeking a Marketing Technology Coordinator to join our Marketing Technology Operations Team, supporting the implementation, optimization, and ongoing success of the firm’s marketing technology platforms. This role serves as a subject matter expert in Litera Foundation, Qorus Docs, and Inter Action, partnering closely with the Business Development & Marketing team to support firmwide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage firm technology such as Litera Foundation (experience management), Inter Action (contact relationship management), and Qorus Docs (proposal generation) to document and track marketing activity.
- Participate in project teams to recommend, develop and implement enhancements to the marketing technology stack and related systems.
- Assist with testing of new releases and enhancements to drive adoption of the system.
- Serve as point of contact with technical resources to ensure daily functioning of certain systems.
- Perform day‑to‑day administration of the firm’s experience management platform, including data quality management.
- Collaborate with Practice Development teams to ensure matter experience is captured and accurately categorized.
- Develop, support, and maintain content such as RFP and pitch templates, graphical slides, league table and Chambers templates, and other Foundation output assets.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and translate needs into actionable technology solutions that strengthen the firm’s data strategy.
- Provide support to power users by researching, analyzing, and preparing reports on client, matter, relationships, and firm experience to support business development and strategic initiatives.
- Establish standard metrics reporting and analyze trends to measure effectiveness of marketing and business development activities.
- Maintain a regular work schedule and full attention to work activities during business hours unless otherwise required by law.
- Work on special projects and duties as assigned.
- Strong working knowledge of legal clients and markets; prior law firm or professional services firm experience preferred.
- Proficiency in legal technology systems such as experience management, workflow, project management, and practice management tools.
- Experience documenting and communicating processes and workflows.
- Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Word styles) and Visual Basic for Office.
- Experience with Power
BI is a plus. - Ability to develop effective collaborative relationships with teams, lawyers, administrative departments, and vendors.
- Champion of change management, process improvement, user adoption, and evolving data strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex assignments with competing deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Experience managing projects from inception through planning, execution, and delivery phases.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3‑5 years of experience.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods; moderate or advanced keyboard usage.

Tampa, FL;
Dallas; or District of Columbia. - Base salary range: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (may vary by location).
