Senior Learning & Development Compliance Specialist - Tampa, FL
Responsibilities- Support day-to-day compliance or operational processes, including tracking, reporting, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries through internal ticketing or support systems, ensuring timely resolution and SLA adherence.
- Review records, data, and system outputs to identify, investigate, and resolve issues.
- Ensure accuracy of data, records, and reporting in alignment with internal policies and external requirements.
- Perform data validation, corrections, and maintenance to address discrepancies or missing information.
- Provide support for system-related activities, including data review, reporting, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
- Assist with compliance or operational reporting and deadline-driven activities.
- Support peak periods and key deadlines with increased workload demands.
- Participate in system testing, updates, and process improvements, including documentation of results.
- Utilize reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets to monitor activity and identify trends or risks.
- Document processes, recurring issues, and solutions to support consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and overall efficiency.
- Strong customer or stakeholder service mindset with professional communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and guidelines and apply them appropriately.
- Self‑motivated with initiative and a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, spreadsheets, and system tools.
- Ability to identify risks, trends, or issues and elevate them appropriately.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
Pay range: the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. This may vary based on experience, qualifications, and business needs.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law; they may receive paid sick leave on a Service Contract Act project.
