Certified Workday Accounting Center consultant with 5+ years of Workday experience, 3+ years consulting, strong financial/accounting knowledge, analytical and communication skills, and expertise in Workday implementation and process optimization.

Seeking a Senior Certified Workday Accounting Center Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in implementing and managing Workday Accounting Center solutions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, as you will work closely with clients to understand their financial processes and lead the design and deployment of tailored solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy in their accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Workday Accounting Center solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
• Conduct detailed assessments of client financial processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive Workday solutions that meet client objectives.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including user training and post-deployment support.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, design documents, and training materials.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and enhancements, ensuring that clients benefit from the latest features and functionalities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday Accounting Center or similar financial management software.
• At least 3 years of experience in a consulting role, with a proven track record of successful Workday implementations.
• Workday certification is required; additional certifications in related fields are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into user-friendly solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
