Technology Lead Business Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Technology Lead Business Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.

• Serve as key solution architect and delivery lead for new country implementations of the Oracle Accounts Payable (AP) module within the broader enterprise resource planning (ERP) ecosystem.
• Design and define end-to-end payable system architecture, including payment, invoicing, approval, and accounting requirements, and guide customization and integration of RICE components into the Procure-to-Pay platform.
• Architect and deliver strategic global payment automation projects to eliminate manual processes, mitigate end-user computing risks, and meet local country requirements.
• Lead test automation strategy, assess functional, regression, performance and UI test cases, and build reusable automation frameworks for system upgrades and integrated testing.
• Act as escalation lead for complex P2P and Accounts Payable production issues, leveraging SQL to investigate and resolve production incidents.
• Oversee stability, performance, and integration of Oracle AP modules, including electronic invoicing portals and diverse payment methods across multiple countries.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as Senior Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar, developing P2P financial modules and accounts payable invoicing applications.
• Hands‑on experience in global payment automation, test automation and quality assurance, Oracle ERP assessment and implementation, solution architecture and implementation using RICE components, and project & stakeholder management for implementation, business integration, and divestiture.
• Experience in systems upgrades, integration testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, process engineering, eBusiness tax, and data analysis & troubleshooting using SQL.

• Base salary range: $140,000 to $158,446.
