Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service Now Business Analyst to act as a liaison between business
stakeholders and the Service Now development team. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, analyze business
processes, and help design and implement effective Service Now solutions that align with organizational goals and
improve IT service management.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed service requirements
related to Service Now applications.
Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance Service Now
capabilities.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and workflows for the Service Now platform.
Work closely with Service Now developers and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Participate in solution design sessions, and provide insights to optimize workflows, automations, and integrations
within Service Now.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment activities.
Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure smooth adoption of Service Now enhancements.
Maintain and update existing Service Now processes and documentation.
Keep abreast of the latest Service Now features and best practices to suggest continuous improvement
opportunities.
Assist in creating reports and dashboards to provide business insights.
Required
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Service Now implementations or management.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request
Management.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional
specifications.
Familiarity with Service Now modules like Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge
Management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with process mapping and workflow design tools
