Job description:

• We are seeking a Senior Service Now Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITSM and HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The role involves designing, developing, configuring, and supporting scalable Service Now solutions while working closely with Architects, BAs, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality implementations aligned with business needs

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Service Now solutions across ITSM and HRSD modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events).

• Implement and enhance HRSD Case Management, HR Services, HR Templates, Topics, Assignment Rules, and Knowledge.

• Develop server-side and client-side scripts using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Workflows, and Flow Designer.

• Configure Service Catalog, Record Producers, Notifications, SLAs, Reports, and Dashboards.

• Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, and email integrations.

• Support CMDB, Discovery awareness, and data integrity for ITSM processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Service Now ITSM & HRSD implementations.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.

• Experience with Service Portal / Employee Center customization.

• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and HR service workflows.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.


• Certification - CSA ( Mandatory ), CIS - ITSM, HRSD ( Preferred)
