- * 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role or Product Manager

* Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

* Working in Scrum teams and creating User Stories

* Lead workshops and meetings to gather complex business requirements.

* Analyze and document requirements aligned with strategic goals.

* Conduct in-depth analysis to identify efficiency improvements.

* Utilize advanced data modeling and analytics tools.

* Expertise in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

* Familiarity with advanced business process modeling tools and techniques.

* Superior verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

* Collaborate with technical teams to support data migration and ERP initiatives, including Oracle ERP and SAP S/4

HANA.
