Position
Manager – Service Now (R1602511), Tampa, FL – United States
Position SummaryThis role is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of complex Service Now solutions. It involves working with business stakeholders to understand their needs, developing solutions that meet those needs, maintaining and enhancing existing applications, and troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.

- Participate in agile planning ceremonies to define and prioritize Service Now work for upcoming sprints.
- Make mature data‑driven decisions supported by thorough analysis.
- Share knowledge and best practices through code reviews, pair programming, and training sessions.
- Mentor and train junior Service Now developers.
- Seven years of relevant experience or a university degree with substantial expertise in Service Now.
- Experienced in troubleshooting routine problems and making cross‑team decisions.
- Experience with two or more Service Now modules, including:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- HR Workforce/Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Service Portal
- Virtual Agent/Now Assist
- Accountability for Service Now integration support and lifecycle management.
- Preferred certifications:
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Initiate process improvements and lead analytical recommendations.
Range: $108,970 – $132,046 for a full‑time employee (FTE) based in Tampa, FL. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available based on eligibility.
