We are seeking a senior‑level ERP Product Owner / Business Central Support Analyst to own and support our enterprise ERP platform and its surrounding application ecosystem for Southern States Material Handling (Toyota Material Handling). This role will serve as the primary functional and platform owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as we transition from a legacy Navision 2009 system to a modern SaaS implementation.

Our ERP and enterprise systems have already been migrated to Microsoft Azure, providing a strong foundation for a smooth SaaS transition in partnership with our implementation vendor. The role supports approximately 450 employees across multiple branch locations in Georgia and Florida, as well as a mobile field workforce responsible for creating work orders and ordering parts while on customer sites.

This position combines ERP product ownership, application support, business process leadership, and vendor management in a highly visible, business‑critical role. Hybrid work is supported, with regular onsite presence required—especially during onboarding and major implementation phases—to build relationships with leadership and operational teams.

• 5-8+ years supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong functional experience in at least two of the following:
  • Finance/General Ledger
  • Purchasing & Inventory
  • Manufacturing or Light Manufacturing workflows
  • Sales & Order Processing
  • Service Management/Work Orders
• Experience supporting multi‑site and field‑based user populations.
• Experience working with ERP implementation partners and software vendors.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and user‑facing skills.
• Experience migrating from NAV (2009‑2018) to Business Central SaaS preferred.
• Experience working in Microsoft Azure‑hosted ERP environments preferred.
• Power BI and Power Platform experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with knowledge of file systems, integration software, and systems applications required
• Familiarity with IT standards such as html, ftp, cloud infrastructure preferred
• Proven track record supporting remote, field, and back‑office personnel required
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across functional teams
• Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Task prioritization working on multiple engagements in a fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrative project management skills and understanding of modern cloud computing
• Exposure to SharePoint and mobile computing hardware strongly preferred

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related field required

ERP Product Ownership & Strategy

• Serve as Product Owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the ERP application ecosystem
• Own the ERP roadmap, enhancements, integrations, and functional architecture
• Act as the primary liaison between business leadership, IT, implementation partners, and software vendors
• Drive ERP adoption, standardization, and continuous improvement across the organization

Implementation & Modernization

• Support and participate in the migration from Navision 2009 (Azure‑hosted) to SaaS‑based Business Central
• Lead requirements gathering, testing coordination, data validation, and user acceptance
• Help define future‑state business processes aligned with manufacturing and service best practices
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure a stable, scalable SaaS transition
