Job Summary:
We are seeking a Contracts Administrator with experience in IT and technology contracts to support contract lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience reviewing, drafting, and managing agreements related to software, SaaS, and vendor services.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, draft, and manage IT/technology contracts (SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, SLAs). Support contract lifecycle management (CLM) from initiation to execution. Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams. Assist in contract negotiations and redlining. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain contract documentation and tracking systems. Work with vendors and internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.
Required Skills:
Experience with IT / technology contracts. Experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation support. Contract negotiations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts.
