The Senior Analyst is a strategic leader within the Business Analytics team, responsible for owning client analytics relationships end-to-end — from architecting the data environment and designing advanced analyses to presenting findings at the executive level and mentoring junior analysts. This is not just a technical role; it is a senior partner role that requires both the analytical depth to build rigorous models and the executive presence to turn those models into decisions.
The Senior Analyst brings 5–10+ years of experience in data and business analytics, ideally in B2B or enterprise environments, and operates with a high degree of independence. They own their client workstream, shape the analytical roadmap, and continuously elevate the standard of work across the team.
