· Support role‐based training for priority Lines of Business and VIP audiences, tailoring content to real workflows* ## 3 - 5 years of experience in user enablement, adoption, training, change management, or digital workplace roles* ##
· Strong hands‐on experience with Microsoft 365, especially:* ## Microsoft 365 Copilot* ## Teams, SharePoint Online, One Drive* ## Power Platform (Power Automate; familiarity with Power Apps is a plus)* ##
· Exceptional content creation skills—able to produce clear, engaging, and visually appealing enablement materials* ##
· Outstanding communication and facilitation skills; confident presenting to both small groups and large audiences* ##
· Strong soft skills and presence—engaging, approachable, and able to sustain attention during live sessions* ##
· Experience managing or supporting internal communities or champions programs* ##
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple work streams and content deadlines simultaneously* ##
· Comfortable working in a fast‐moving, evolving AI and productivity landscape
