Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer with 7+ years of experience to drive data-driven insights and develop advanced machine learning solutions. This role involves working with complex datasets, building analytical models, and collaborating with stakeholders to address business challenges and uncover new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in statistics, machine learning, and data analysis, along with experience delivering solutions in a consulting environment.

• Drive data insights to uncover business opportunities and revenue streams
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns using supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering)
• Perform data wrangling and dynamic model tuning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to generate hypotheses and develop analytical models to solve business problems
• Work on projects involving data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
• Break down complex business problems and deliver solutions with a focus on client satisfaction
• Conduct market research and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets of varying sizes and complexity
• Process and pipeline large-scale data streams in distributed computing environments
• Implement batch and real-time model scoring solutions
• Build and manage large datasets that meet business requirements
  
  Perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting based on business needs
• Support resolution of data-related issues involving information flow and data quality
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience supporting data science projects, preferably in a consulting environment
• Experience working on projects involving predictive analytics, data design, statistics, AI/ML, or MLOps
• 7+ years of experience using Python and/or R to analyze datasets
• Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning, and data visualization
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Generative AI / LLM development
• Ability to independently drive problem-solving and solution development
• Experience mentoring or overseeing junior developers or engineers
• Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to delivering results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
