Key Responsibilities
  • Create targeted AI Agents for various business purposes
  • Assist in the development of new tools and processes using AI capabilities
  • Design dashboards and translate technical data into digestible business insights
  • Solve business problems using Python, Azure Cloud, Power

    BI, Databricks, Erwin, GenAI and/or other tools and languages
  • Build relationships with U.S. Business and other stakeholders to improve business understanding
  • Communicate and present insights, recommendations, and limitations clearly to technical and business stakeholders
  • Attend professional development, peer learning, and business acumen sessions to build your career skills and Met Life network
Required Qualifications
  • Enrolled in a master’s program related to data and analytics or a field requiring significant work with data science, data modeling, data engineering, business intelligence, data analysis, artificial intelligence, or related data & analytics skills
  • Graduation date no earlier than December 2026 and no later than June 2027
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Demonstrated communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical audiences; write clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences; and communicate early and often to stakeholders regarding deliverables
  • Proactive problem‑solving skills and the ability to design, pitch, and implement solutions for diverse teams
  • Ability to work both independently and on a team, actively participate in meetings in‑person or with cameras on, and collaborate across the organization to remove barriers to goals
  • Basic knowledge of Python & SQL with some coding experience in PySpark, Java, or C++
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team, committee, or club
  • Business and/or financial services knowledge or experience
  • Experience working across cultures or with teams in various geographic locations
  • Experience using a variety of data tools or languages such as Azure Cloud, Power

    BI, Databricks, Erwin, Collibra, GenAI, and/or other tools and languages
Internship Program Information
  • Anticipated start date:
    June 29, 2026
  • Internship length: approximately 7–8 weeks; successful interns may be asked to continue working remotely into the academic year
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require Met Life sponsorship or support for a work permit or visa in any capacity now or in the future
  • Met Life does not provide housing or a relocation stipend for this role
Location & Compensation

Location expectation:
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

Hourly rate: $40.
