The client is looking to automate part of their logistics processes to increase, transparency, traceability and to support future rate increments.
2 main projects:Project to be handled up to end of the pilot phase.
- Evaluation of the current process,
logistics readiness and validation of system capabilities (SAP/ARP). - Cost analysis and feasibility of different technologies (Robotic Picking, AGV, Guided Tug Train etc.).
- Benchmarking and conceptualization with the suitable technology. Business case evaluation and ready for pilot implementation.
