We are seeking a proactive and driven Salesforce Developer who takes full ownership of platform performance and continuous improvement. This individual will proactively identify inefficiencies, design solutions, and execute enhancements that elevate system capabilities across the organization.
This position blends technical development with business partnership. You will work directly within Salesforce while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance processes related to revenue operations, talent acquisition, and internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee Salesforce platform configuration, customization, and overall system health
- Develop and maintain custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
- Provide day-to-day user support, including troubleshooting issues, managing permissions, and building reports and dashboards
- Maintain data quality, system security, and performance through regular audits and proactive monitoring
- Partner with internal teams (e.g., sales, recruiting, operations, IT) to understand processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into scalable technical designs
- Build and manage integrations with other systems using APIs and web services
- Participate in agile workflows, including backlog prioritization, development, and testing
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and efficiency
- Create and maintain system documentation and technical references
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of Salesforce development, implementation, and integration experience
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making
- Experience supporting end users and promoting platform adoption
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and translating business processes into technical solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented with strong execution skills
- Ability to deliver accurate, high‑quality work under tight deadlines
- Solid understanding of data governance, security, and system best practices
- Sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive information responsibly
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
- Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar)
