What You Will Do

Director of Business Intelligence is responsible for transforming data and information into actionable insights and institutional knowledge that drive business performance, optimize operations, and support strategic decision‑making across the organization. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in analytics, data architecture, and stakeholder engagement, along with strong business judgment, thought leadership, and the responsible use of AI to synthesize information quickly, interpret it in context, and translate it into meaningful action.

This leader will play a pivotal role in linking commercial and operational interdependencies, enabling a fast‑learning organization that continuously adapts to market signals, consumer trends, and internal performance metrics.

• Develop and execute the BI strategy aligned with corporate goals and market trends.

• Build frameworks that connect commercial insights (sales, marketing, trade performance) with operational levers (supply chain, manufacturing, logistics).

• Partner with IT to provide business requirements in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable BI solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Express thought leadership to ensure data integrity, governance, and security across all platforms.
• Drive advanced analytics initiatives including predictive modeling, segmentation, and trend analysis.
• Apply AI‑enabled methods to synthesize structured and unstructured data, surface patterns, risks, and opportunities, and convert information into decision‑ready insights and reusable business knowledge, with appropriate governance, accuracy, contextual interpretation, and human judgment.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing BI team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
