• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients both in person and remotely
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus
