Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Service Now Developer to join our team in Tampa, FL.

• Top Secret Clearance (existing clearance required to start)

• Tampa, FL

• Focus on building, configuring, and enhancing Service Now capabilities across ITSM, CSM, and App Engine
• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Service Now applications and platform capabilities
• Support development across ITSM, CSM, App Engine, and related Service Now modules
• Build and maintain business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, catalog items, flows, workflows, and notifications
• Develop custom scoped applications and enhance existing Service Now functionality based on mission and customer requirements
• Create and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other Service Now integration methods
• Support Service Portal, UI Builder, Work spaces, forms, lists, dashboards, and reporting enhancements
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support requirements gathering with government and contractor stakeholders
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes in coordination with the broader technical team
• Support testing, documentation, deployment, and release activities across Service Now environments
• Follow Service Now development best practices, security requirements, and configuration management standards
• Support delivery in a fast paced, mission focused environment

• 3+ years of experience developing, configuring, and supporting Service Now in an enterprise environment
• Proficiency with JavaScript development within the Service Now platform
• Hands‑on experience Service Now ITSM and CSM
• Ability to build custom applications and enhancements using App Engine
• Familiarity with Service Now scripting, automation, integrations, and platform configuration
• Service Now Certified System Administrator certification
