Learning & Development Reporting Analyst

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Learning & Development Reporting Analyst.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and support learning evaluation and assessment frameworks across programs

* Design and deliver analytics and reporting to measure training effectiveness

* Apply research methods and statistical analysis to assess learning outcomes

* Build and maintain automated reporting solutions using data and analytics tools

* Partner with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and leadership to align initiatives

* Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for program improvement

* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adherence to internal and regulatory standards

* Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership

* Support continuous improvement of learning programs and evaluation processes
* Bachelor's degree required;
Advanced degree preferred

* Experience in learning analytics, reporting, or program evaluation

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data

* Knowledge of research methods and statistical analysis techniques

* Proficiency in Excel and data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

* Experience with programming languages such as Python or R

* Familiarity with AI tools or automation in analytics

* Understanding of data governance and quality standards

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
