Overview
Senior Technical Project Manager and Business Analyst with 15+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation, PMO governance, and cross-functional technology initiatives across financial services, telecommunications, media, and energy domains.
Proven expertise managing complex programs involving business process modernization, operational change, regulatory compliance, Agile delivery, and enterprise platform transformation. Strong background in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, executive reporting, roadmap execution, and delivery governance with demonstrated success driving large-scale initiatives across business, operations, and technology organizations.
Capital market domain knowledge who has led a team of minimum 10 members, close coordination with business stakeholders who can talk banking jargons. Good knowledge and exposure to Risk management framework, RWA, CCAR and stress cycles. JIRA, Confluence, HP PPM / Clarity, Scrum, Safe framework, etc.
API Testing (Postman, SOAP UI and OpenAPI), AWS, Azure, Service Now, SharePoint, Database Management. Generative AI, Agentic AI and workflows leveraging AI/ML, NLP and LLM Applications. Good knowledge of Java and back end technologies like Microservices, Springboot.
Responsibilities- Lead enterprise transformation programs and cross-functional technology initiatives with emphasis on PMO governance and stakeholder collaboration.
- Drive business process modernization, operational change, and regulatory compliance within large-scale programs.
- Manage risk mitigation, executive reporting, and delivery governance; maintain and communicate roadmaps and program status.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment with banking and capital markets jargon as applicable.
- Oversee team delivery, ensuring Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) are applied across programs.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, HP PPM / Clarity to plan, track, and report on progress.
- Engage in API testing and integration work with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI, OpenAPI).
- Evaluate and implement relevant technologies (AWS, Azure, Service Now, SharePoint, databases) to support program goals.
- Explore and apply Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP and LLM applications to enhance workflows and decision making.
- Provide ongoing leadership and mentorship; maintain alignment with enterprise strategy and risk controls.
- 15+ years of experience in senior technical project management and business analysis, with enterprise transformation experience.
- Experience leading teams (minimum 10 members) and close coordination with business stakeholders.
- Capital markets domain knowledge; exposure to risk management frameworks, RWA, CCAR and stress testing.
- Proficient with PMO governance, JIRA, Confluence, HP PPM / Clarity, and Agile frameworks ( Scrum, SAFe ).
- Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, SOAP UI, OpenAPI) and software development back-end technologies (Java, microservices, Spring Boot).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise tools (Service Now, SharePoint, database management).
- Strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, executive reporting, and governance capabilities.
