Senior IT Systems Engineer with deep experience in SharePoint Online, Power Shell scripting, and Microsoft 365 security.
Key Responsibilities- Lead migration from legacy SharePoint subsites to a modern hub site structure using Share Gate.
- Design and implement scalable provisioning systems for new sites, lists, and libraries.
- Automate workflows across SharePoint and One Drive using Power Shell and Graph API.
- Develop advanced Power Shell scripts to handle onboarding, reporting, permission management, and content lifecycle.
- Build systems that reduce repeat tickets and support dependency.
- Own small-to-medium infrastructure automation (e.g., SFTP tasks, WinSCP integrations, backups).
- Deliver professional, reliable support to Partners and senior stakeholders.
- Provide Zoom event support for high-profile meetings, including the AGM, roadshows, and global all-hands.
- Support Zoom Room hardware, multi-day conferences, and integrated A/V setups.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or enterprise support
- Hands-on experience with Share Gate for SharePoint migration and site restructuring
- Expertise in Power Shell scripting for real-world automation
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security ecosystem:
Defender, Intune, Entra , Conditional Access - Strong understanding of Zoom administration and video conferencing technologies
- Comfortable providing professional support to high-net-worth clients and executives
