Job Description
- Expertise in ITSM, CSM, Virtual Agent, and Engagement Messenger.
- Experience working with Scoped Applications and Now Experience UI Framework.
- Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
- Understanding of Service Now Security, Access Controls (ACLs), and Performance Optimization.
- Experience with AI & Automation in Service Now (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Machine Learning models).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to debug complex issues.
- Primary Skills
- Service Now certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Service Now scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Angular
JS, and REST APIs). - Maintain server-side scripts (Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, etc.) and client-side scripts (UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.).
- Optimize Workflows, Flow Designer, and Business Processes.
- Ensure data protection and compliance with Security & Access Control (ACLs, Roles, and Groups).
At least one certification like CSA, CAD, CIS etc
