ATTP Functional Lead; RISE​/Upgrade

Position: ATTP Functional Lead (RISE/Upgrade)
- Lead functional design, implementation, and optimization for
** ATTP-related programs and initiatives**.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document
** functional requirements**.
- Translate business needs into
** functional specifications and solution designs**.
- Act as the primary point of contact between
** business, IT, and operations teams**.
- Ensure end-to-end alignment of solutions with
** business processes and strategic objectives**.
- Provide guidance and oversight to functional teams, ensuring
** high-quality deliverables**.
- Drive
** solution validation, UAT support, and sign-offs
** to ensure business readiness.
- Identify gaps, risks, and process inefficiencies, and recommend
** improvements and optimizations**.
- Manage dependencies across work streams and ensure smooth
** integration of functional components**.
- Support governance activities, including
** status reporting, documentation, and compliance adherence**.
- Mentor team members and promote
** best practices, standards, and continuous improvement**.

** Qualifications & Experience*
* - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in
** leading functional work streams in large-scale transformation programs**.
- Strong knowledge of
** business process design and system implementation**.
- Experience working in
** cross-functional and stakeholder-driven environments**.
