, you’ll help shape how Peoples Gas shows up online—building meaningful connections through social media, digital content, and visual storytelling

You’ll create and manage digital experiences that engage audiences and support business goals.
- Help develop and execute a digital content and social media strategy aligned with business goals
- Manage a monthly content calendar across platforms like Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, and You Tube
- Design graphics, visuals, and digital assets for campaigns, social media, and internal communications
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual standards
- Monitor and respond to comments, reviews, and messages to build trust and protect brand reputation
- Support proactive engagement strategies that strengthen customer connections
- Track and analyze digital performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights
- Turn data into recommendations that improve engagement and performance Website & SEO Optimization
- Support website updates, landing pages, and blog content improvements
- Optimize content for SEO, GEO, and AI-driven search to improve visibility
- Use AI tools to enhance content creation, personalization, and performance insights
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and technologies

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design
, or related field - 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, and graphic design
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
- Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
- Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing best practices
- Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, social media, or analytics tools
- Experience with AI‑powered content tools or prompt engineering
- Knowledge of online reputation management
- Visual storytelling & graphic design
- Data analysis & performance optimization
- SEO and digital discoverability
- Creativity with a data‑driven mindset
