Geospatial Analyst; TS​/SCI

Eligibility

To be eligible for this position, you must be a U.S. Citizen. This position requires an active U.S. Government security clearance; applicants who do not currently hold the required clearance will not be eligible for consideration. Employment for cleared roles is contingent upon verification of clearance status. Export Control/ITAR:

• Gather requirements, determine scope, and estimate hours needed to develop and deliver custom geospatial analytic solutions to our government customer.
• Produce custom information layers derived from social media and other open-source data sources using COTS and proprietary software.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional internal and external team members and occasionally third party vendors, sometimes as project lead, and other times under other team member leadership.
• Identify and implement improvements to system designs and processing methodologies to improve efficiency, scale, reliability, and mitigate operational risk.
• Maintain production line operations and other tasks as needed to satisfy customers and fulfill contractual commitments.
• Advise, train, mentor, and learn from other team members on technical topics.
• Write procedures, methods, workflow documents and standard operating processes.

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in GIS, remote sensing, or certification/degree in Geospatial Analysis.
• 3+ years of experience with SIGINT, all-source, or imagery analysis.
• Experience with ESRI software – ArcGIS, ArcPRO.
• Experience with data management and data visualization techniques.

• Scripting experience with Python, GDAL, ENVI IDL, and/or ArcGIS Model Builder.
• Master's degree in Information Technology, Geographic Information Science (GIS), or an academic discipline applicable to supporting information development for Special Operations Forces activities and planning.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this position ranges from $81,000.00 to $ annually. Range may vary based on geographic location among California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, and Washington, as well as other job-related factors.
