Prescient Edge is seeking a Training and Development Specialist II to support a Federal Government client.

- Supports planning, coordination, and execution of MARCENT exercises; conducts after-action reviews; provides analytical support for training plans and readiness assessments.
- Experience with military training/exercise planning; understanding of the JELC process; ability to develop AARs and training analysis reports.
- High School Diploma
- Security clearance required SECRET.
