Arrow Security & Training LLC (AST) is a privately-owned training company with our corporate headquarters in Nashua, New Hampshire. AST is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) who provides tailored military training, training support, and a host of services to government and private sector clients worldwide.

The International SOF IM/KM SME manages, analyzes, and disseminates USSOCOM and partner nation SOF information across SIPR, NIPR, BICES, and APAN. Responsibilities include developing IM plans, profiles, databases, taxonomies, SOPs, and coordination products. Requires a master’s degree, KM platform and geospatial tool expertise, multinational IM experience, and current DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Manages and disseminates international SOF information, develops IM/KM plans, databases, profiles, calendars, and SOPs, and coordinates enterprise knowledge consistency across networks.

• Drafts and maintains interactive IM products for visual analysis of SOF networks.
• Develops IM plans for searching, tagging, filing, and updating J3-I information.
• Coordinates across USSOCOM stakeholders on partner nation SOF capabilities and leadership.
• Ensures information consistency across SIPR, BICES, and foreign disclosure requirements.
• Maintains J3-I long- and short-range calendars and IM/KM activities.
• Categorizes information by storage location, security level, and release authorization.
• Develops profiles, databases, directories, and SOP documentation supporting J3-I knowledge management.

• Master’s degree in IT or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience with skills in content strategy, taxonomy design, and change management.
• 3 years’ experience in business process and multinational information management.
• Mastery of KM platforms such as SharePoint or Confluence, AI-powered search, SQL, CMS, and data analytics tools.
• Ability to engage stakeholders, lead teams, foster a culture of knowledge sharing, and drive change.
• Ability to evaluate KM effectiveness, measure usage patterns, and identify knowledge gaps.
• Expertise in developing taxonomies, metadata schemas, and organizing, storing, and retrieving organizational knowledge.
• 1 year experience in portal development and management.
• 1 year experience in managing geospatial analysis tools, such as Microsoft Office information management tools or SOF Geospatial Enterprise.
• Current DoD Top Secret clearance and eligible for SCI access.
