** MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT*

** Counterintelligence Analyst-Senior
** you will provide advice to improve the CI posture of supported activities. Additionally, the CI Analyst will coordinate with internal and external entities for support and deconfliction as it relates to CI.

** JOB DUTIES**  (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)

+ Assimilate large volumes of information and independently produce reports directly supporting client requirements

+ Research, create, develop, and deliver multimedia and written reports

+ Develop all-source association matrices on screened individuals of CI interest

+ Research, develop, and present CI products at operational, TSOC, and COCOM levels

+ Produce, coordinate, and maintain vetting, validation, and mitigation measures for operational activities

+ Synchronization and fusion of TSOC and COMCOM guidance related to CI equities and activities into operational level tasks and requirements

* REQUIRED SKILLS:

* + 12+ years' experience as CI Agent or equivalent service/interagency specialty focused on HUMINT operations

+ 8 years' general experience in AOR or Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience

+ 5 years' specific experience in AOR or specialized skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience preparing and presenting intelligence briefings

+ Equivalent CI Badge and credential producing courses accepted

+ Graduate of JCITA or ACICC

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
