We are looking for a Snowflake Solution Architect to join an agile, highly technical team responsible for shaping and owning the next-generation data platform.

This role combines hands-on architecture, technical leadership, and strategic direction — ideal for someone who wants to define the foundation, standards, and roadmap of a modern data ecosystem.

You will lead the design and implementation of Snowflake-based solutions while collaborating closely with engineering, analytics, data science, and product teams to ensure the platform supports scalability, reliability, and innovation.

• Architect end-to-end data solutions using Snowflake, including modeling, ingestion, transformation, security, and performance optimization
• Define platform standards, best practices, and roadmap within a lean, high-ownership team
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Snowflake solutions
• Lead design sessions, technical reviews, and decisions around pipelines, orchestration, governance, and warehousing
• Evaluate and integrate tools such as dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Matillion, and Azure/AWS services
• Implement robust security, privacy, and access controls within Snowflake
• Optimize performance, cost efficiency, and query execution
• Mentor teammates and foster a culture of engineering excellence

• 5+ years of data architecture or data engineering experience, including 3+ years hands-on with Snowflake
• Deep expertise in Snowflake features (Warehouses, Streams & Tasks, Time Travel, RBAC, clustering, stages)
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python
• Experience with Azure and modern ELT tooling
• Solid understanding of data modeling approaches (star schema, vault, wide tables) and CI/CD for data workflows
• Comfortable working in a growing team with high ownership and autonomy
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams

• Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
• Experience with dbt for transformations
• Background in real-time or event-driven data pipelines
• Experience designing greenfield data platforms
