Job Title: Service Now Developer (ITOM) with Secret Cleared

Location: Onsite – Tampa, Florida

Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

We are seeking a Service Now Developer with IT Operations Management (ITOM) experience to join our client's dynamic team onsite in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in designing, developing, and implementing Service Now ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. An active Secret clearance is required for this role.

• Develop and configure Service Now ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Integrate Service Now with other IT systems and data sources to enhance CMDB accuracy and visibility.
• Customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and functional requirements.
• Maintain system integrity and data accuracy within the CMDB.
• Troubleshoot issues related to integrations, data flow, and application performance.
• Ensure Service Now development aligns with best practices and organizational governance.

• Active Secret Clearance (DoD issued)
• 1+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience
• 1+ years of experience with ITOM modules, particularly Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
• Experience with CMDB architecture and integrations
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks

• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM or Discovery
• Experience working in a DoD or federal environment
• This position is 100% onsite in Tampa, FL
• Collaborative team environment supporting mission-critical operations
