Sirius Talent is seeking an experienced Open Text Focus Systems Analyst IV to support enterprise content management and business-critical applications within a large utility organization. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting production systems, application integrations, troubleshooting efforts, testing activities, and enterprise application lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise applications in complex environments and possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills. Candidates with Open Text, SAP, VIM, ECM, or enterprise content management experience are highly preferred.

• Provide production support for enterprise applications and business-critical systems.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution efforts across technical and business teams.
• Support Open Text-focused applications, integrations, workflows, and document management processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, releases, and application lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect management activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor and support application performance, data integrity, and operational stability.
• Assist with release planning, deployment validation, and post-production support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and support procedures.
• Support Agile and SDLC processes utilizing tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure Dev Ops.

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, business systems, or enterprise software platforms.
• Experience with production support, application troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile environments.
• Experience supporting UAT, regression testing, and defect remediation activities.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field preferred.

• Open Text Content Server, Capture Center, Enterprise Scan, Web Viewer, VIM, ICC, or Directory Services experience.
• SAP integration experience.
• Enterprise Content Management (ECM) experience.
• SQL/database troubleshooting experience.
• C# or API integration exposure.
• Utility, energy, financial services, healthcare, or other large enterprise environment experience.
