Guidewire Business Analyst (Policy Center / Billing Center / Claim Center)
Tampa, FL
Core Requirements- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire projects
- Strong experience in at least one module:
Policy Center / Billing Center / Claim Center - Experience working on end-to-end Guidewire implementations or enhancements
- Strong understanding of P&C Insurance processes
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and define functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with development teams on Guidewire configurations and integrations
- Support testing, UAT, and defect resolution
- Ensure requirements align with business processes and system capabilities
- Guidewire (any of: Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center)
- Strong understanding of insurance workflows and data flows
- Experience with SQL (preferred)
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and testing processes
- Experience with multiple Guidewire modules
- Exposure to integrations and system workflows
- Experience working in enterprise insurance environments
