Cyber Systems Administrator – Tampa, FL

• Master's Degree with 0 years of IT experience; OR Bachelor's Degree with 2 years; OR Associate’s Degree with 4 years; OR High School Diploma with 6 years of IT experience.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance at the start of employment.
• Current DoD 8570 Certification for IAT Level II or higher.
• Ability to provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Support day‑to‑day IT operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all supported devices, including mobile devices.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and issue resolution.
• Support escalation and communication of issue status to program management and end users.
• Configure and manage Linux and Windows operating systems, including installations, patches, and network component configuration.
• Configure and manage virtualized environments, virtual networking, and storage solutions.

• Experience with on‑premise environments.
• Administration of virtualized environments using vCenter, ESXi, storage provisioning, and troubleshooting of virtual servers/workstations.
• Experience with multiple Linux distributions and command‑line usage (Ubuntu, Red Hat, PyPi, CentOS).
• Experience troubleshooting and configuring Windows operating systems and environments including Active Directory, DHCP, GPO, DNS, LDAP, MS Exchange, MECM, MS SQL, or WSUS.
• Knowledge of routing protocols, ports, and layer 2/3 switch configuration.
• Administration and maintenance of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo).

• Primary Level Salary Range: $72,100.00 – $.
