Your Day To Day
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs across the Insights, Data & Analytics team
  • Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business and data strategy priorities

  • Monitor program progress, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and at high quality standards
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage change across stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and insights
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership on program status, milestones, risks, and outcomes
  • Establish and promote program management best practices within the &A organization
Who We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or related field) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Program & Project Management:
Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership:
Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams without direct authority
  • Data & Analytics Orientation:
Comfortable working in data‑driven environments; ability to translate business needs into analytical initiatives
  • Analytical Thinking:
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to assess complex systems and drive actionable solutions
  • Communication & Executive Presence:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership
  • Change Management:
Experience driving organizational change and supporting adoption of new technologies or processes
  • Technical Acumen:
Ability to collaborate effectively with data, engineering, and IT teams; familiarity with data workflows and systems
  • Fluent in English

  • Background in commercial operations, sales enablement, or revenue cycle management
  • PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification

Annual Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000

What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary, annual bonus (applicable based on level of position), and great medical, dental and vision coverage
  • 401k with a generous company match, wellness benefits, commuter benefits, pet insurance, generous PTO, and more
