As a Mandarin Information Environment Analyst, you will support a program in Tampa, FL, providing language‑specific subject‑matter expertise, continuous monitoring, and actionable assessments on online media and news sources.

• Provide Mandarin‑specific information environment subject‑matter expertise to operations and assessments.
• Conduct continuous monitoring, expert analysis, and assessment of global, trans‑regional, regional, and tailored areas of online media and news sources.
• Gather information on trends, behaviors, events, and developments to generate media synopsis reports and assessments.
• Produce predictive recommendations and identify operational opportunities.
• Monitor industry and technology trends in traditional, digital, social, and mobile media platforms.
• Employ advanced analytical tools and processes with open‑source information to generate historical and predictive analysis.
• Respond to requests for information by researching, synthesizing, evaluating, and providing assessments to senior leaders.
• Travel within the continental U.S. and abroad up to 10% of the time.

• Bachelor’s Degree required; significant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of related experience in intelligence operations, media analysis, or a related field.
• Current Secret clearance; candidates must be able to obtain TS/SCI eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Native‑level fluency in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking) and excellent oral and written English skills.

• Research and synthesize information from diverse sources.
• Produce clear, concise reports and assessments.
• Extensive knowledge of the Chinese media environment.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms.
• Experience working with military organizations.

The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000, based on experience and location. Benefits include medical plans (with Health Savings Accounts options), dental and vision plans, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and other insurance and disability offerings. Flex work weeks and other paid leave types are also available.
