Chase, you solve high‑visibility problems with data, end to end.

• Lead end-to-end analytics and data solution delivery from problem definition through implementation and stakeholder readouts
• Elicit and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and solution scope
• Mine, analyze, and synthesize large datasets to produce insights, recommendations, and decision‑ready outputs
• Develop and maintain datasets/pipelines by querying enterprise data sources using appropriate tools and languages
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies; communicate progress and elevate issues when needed
• Coordinate across cross‑functional partners (e.g., technology, data science, legal, and other support teams) to deliver outcomes
• Ensure quality standards for analysis, documentation, and controls are met throughout delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., MIS, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Business) or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience (e.g., analytics, marketing, finance, risk, or consulting‑oriented problem solving)
• Hands‑on experience with SQL and at least one analytics/programming tool (e.g., SAS, Python, Alteryx, Databricks, Thought Spot, UiPath) or willingness to learn
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and translate insights into practical recommendations
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior audiences
• Collaborative, inclusive working style with strong relationship‑building and influence skills

• Experience working with both relational and unstructured data in enterprise environments
• Familiarity with modern data/cloud ecosystems and scalable analytics patterns
• Experience building repeatable reporting/measurement frameworks and executive‑ready dashboards
• Experience operating in agile delivery environments and continuous change
