Cyber Systems Administrator based out of Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support (including Domain Administration, System Administration, and Network Administration).
  • Monitor and maintain smooth operation of computer systems, applications and user experience.
  • Provide effective communication across multi‑functional teams, stakeholders and end users.

Basic Qualifications
  • Master's Degree with 0 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6 years of IT experience is required.
  • US Citizenship
  • Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance to be considered. TS/SCI clearance must be in place by the start date and must stay in place through employment.
  • Must possess a current DoD 8570 Certification for IAT Level II or higher prior to start date (example: Security+ CE)
  • Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
  • Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
  • Provides support to IT systems including day‑to‑day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all supported devices, mobile devices, etc.
  • Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and issue resolution.
  • Provides support for the escalation and communication of issue status to program management and end users.
  • Must be able to configure and manage Linux and Windows operating systems upon start date, installs/loads operating system software, patches, and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Performs troubleshooting as needed.
  • Configures and manages virtualized environments, virtual networking and storage solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with on‑premise environments.
  • Administration of virtualization environments using technologies such as vCenter, ESXi, storage provisioning, including the configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of virtual servers and workstations.
  • Experience with multiple Linux distributions. Ability to assist end users by navigating via command line through different variations of Linux Operating Systems to include Ubuntu, Red Hat, PyPi, and CentOS.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and configuring Windows operating system and Windows Server environments to include Active Directory, DHCP, GPO’s, DNS, LDAP, MS Exchange, MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) MS SQL, and/or WSUS.
  • Knowledge of routing protocols, ports, and layer 2/3 switch configuration.
  • Ability administer and maintain Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo)
Salary and Benefits

Primary Level Salary Range: $72,100.00 - $. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
