About the Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the CRM and Marketing Technologies strategy and roadmap. This role reports to the CRM and Marketing Technologies Director and is responsible for orchestrating implementation of projects and initiatives in this area.
Key Responsibilities- Solid understanding of Marketing organizations, processes and operating models.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of marketing technology platforms and systems, including Mar Tech tools, channels and services; CRM, marketing automation, AI and analytics tools.
- Experience matching business requirements with technical functionalities and capabilities.
- Advanced project and change management skills.
- Strategy execution through design and implementation of fit‑for‑purpose organization structures, operating models, processes and technologies.
- Regularly liaise with data teams to improve data infrastructure, maintain seamless integration across databases and Martech components, and define and refine requirements for multi‑channel CRM initiatives.
- Analyse, report and translate marketing data into improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing, IT and Business Units to align strategies and ensure effective execution.
- Oversee the integration of Martech and CRM solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, recommending new tools and technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in CRM and Martech, providing insights and recommendations to the Marketing team and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience managing marketing technology platforms and systems, including Mar Tech tools, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Solid expertise in Project and Product Management – PMP and CPM certifications are a plus.
- Change Management processes and models.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform strategy and decision‑making.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) related to customer data.
- Negotiation and vendor management.
- Well‑organized, high attention to detail, deadline oriented.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to establish credibility and influence clients.
- Strong team player, comfortable working in matrix environments.

Paid time off includes vacation, personal days, 72 hours of sick time, ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
Salary range is $115,000–$135,000 annually, with discretionary bonus potential.
