Sr. RPA/Automation Engineer
Location:
Reading, PA, or Tampa FL
- Hybrid 2 to 3 days a week onsite-locals or nearby only
Client:
Penske
Visa: USC, GC, H1B only
Pay rate: $70/hr on C2C
Exp level: 14+ years
Need to go in-person interview for final round.
Must Haves:
- Workflow Automation Experience
- Process Improvement / Process Optimization Experience
- Experience Gathering Business Requirements
- Strong Business-Facing Communication Skills
- Ability to Explain Technical Concepts to Non-Technical Stakeholders
- Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or Similar Automation Platforms
- Experience Managing Projects from Requirements Through Production
- Strong Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to Articulate Business Impact and Project Outcomes
