You are part of a cross-functional project to implement a new PPM software for innovation projects in the end product business areas of Dr. Oetker – Idea2
Launch. The focus of the role is on user enablement, communication, and training to ensure sustainable acceptance in regions and functions.
You accompany the ongoing change communication through internal channels and actively shape the content. Your tasks include the preparation and structuring of communication content for regular updates and exchanges with key users. You also contribute to the planning, preparation, and execution of various change formats. Furthermore, you support kick-offs, Q&A sessions, and information events. You are responsible for the creation, maintenance, and updating of presentation materials for trainings and change-related events.
Together with the project participants, you take part in meetings of innovation projects to identify acceptance risks and training needs. Additionally, you structure and document feedback, questions, and pain points from the user community. Furthermore, you support the creation of training materials, including written instructions and video-based learning content. You also contribute to the maintenance and further development of the training and enablement concept.
With a focus on usage, you analyze adoption progress and support the tracking of readiness to use across regions. If necessary, you take on the exchange between users, change management, and project teams.
You are in a current study and are still enrolled for at least one more year. You have a pronounced interest in change management, communication, and learning. You also convince with very good organizational skills. You are characterized by a high attention to detail. You are structured, creative, and think user-oriented. You are characterized by a proactive and reliable working method.
You also enjoy following up on topics together with stakeholders. Very good communication skills in German and English complete your profile.
