Position Overview
Global Financial Firm located in Tampa, FL has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master.
Work ModeHybrid.
Pay Rate$50–$60 per hour.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Expert-level understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role for a software development team.
- Extensive, hands‑on knowledge and experience with Jira for Agile project management.
- Proven experience in coaching teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
