Product Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about solving complex business problems through thoughtful, user-centered design. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, engineers, and customers to shape products from discovery through implementation.

You'll lead the design of intuitive enterprise experiences by understanding customer needs, conducting research, gathering requirements, and translating complex business processes into elegant product solutions. The ideal candidate combines exceptional UX and visual design skills with strong product thinking, systems thinking, and an AI-native mindset that accelerates research, design, and collaboration.

• Gather and translate business and user requirements into intuitive design solutions
• Analyze user behavior (e.g., heatmaps, analytics tools) to inform design decisions
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, and business stakeholders
• Enhance existing applications while ensuring consistency with established design systems
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficient, scalable solutions across multiple workflows
• Contribute to a deeper understanding of product functionality to prevent downstream development issues

• Design intuitive experiences that solve meaningful customer problems.
• Build a deep understanding of users, business goals, and product strategy before designing solutions.
• Conduct research that directly influences product decisions.
• Create thoughtful workflows that simplify complex business processes.
• Partner effectively with Product Managers and engineers from discovery through implementation.
• Deliver polished, accessible, and scalable enterprise experiences.
• Use AI thoughtfully to accelerate research, design, and collaboration while maintaining high standards for quality and usability.
• Continuously improve how products are designed, built, and delivered.

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products, enterprise software, or SaaS applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX strategy, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience designing complex workflows for enterprise or B2B products.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design and prototyping tools.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
• Fintech, financial services, banking, insurance, lending, payments, or other highly regulated industries.
• Enterprise SaaS platforms or workflow-driven business applications.
• Building or contributing to design systems and scalable component libraries.
• Data visualization, dashboards, reporting, or analytics experiences.
• Front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, or React.
• AI-native design workflows and productivity tools.
• Accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
