Job Title: Technical Project Manager with AI Skills

Rate: $47 /hr on C2C

JD:

Technical Product Manager will lead the planning, development, and delivery of technical products and solutions that align with business strategy and customer needs. The candidate will work closely with technical leads and internal teams to define end‑to‑end system architectures and ensure compliance with established standards and frameworks. This role involves managing complex technical initiatives while maintaining alignment with architectural, engineering, and compliance requirements.

• Technical Architecture & Design: work with engineering teams, developers, data scientists, and AI engineers to ensure technical alignment and feasibility of product features.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure design and user experience are optimal for clients and end‑users of AI agents.
• Collaborate with technical leads to achieve architectural alignment and compliance with company and industry standards.
• Data Strategy: define strategies for gathering, cleaning, and managing the data needed to train and improve AI models.
• AI Model Optimization: work with AI researchers and engineers to ensure continuous improvement and tuning of the models that power the agents.
• Monitor AI Performance: track effectiveness of AI agents, using data and feedback to optimize behavior, accuracy, and client value.
• Provide Technical Expertise: serve as a bridge between technical teams and clients, explaining AI capabilities and constraints clearly and translating client needs into technical specifications.
• Client Training and Onboarding: ensure clients understand how to deploy, use, and optimize AI agents.
• Post‑Launch Support: monitor and manage ongoing support and feature updates after product release, ensuring continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
• Ensure Compliance: ensure that the build/delivery approach demonstrably incorporates adherence to PwC Info Sec Policies & Standards and complies with applicable industry regulations and legal standards, particularly around data privacy.
• Promote Ethical AI: ensure that the AI agents are designed and implemented ethically, minimizing bias and ensuring fairness in decision‑making.
