Senior Data Analytics

We are seeking a Data Science Manager to drive marketing performance through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven insights. This role will partner with Marketing, Data Engineering, and cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, build predictive models, optimize digital campaigns, and improve customer acquisition and ROI across paid media channels.

• Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI
  .
• Develop predictive models for lead scoring, customer segmentation, propensity, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Analyze marketing performance across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Linked In, and GA4
  .
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to support data pipelines, model deployment, and reporting.
• Optimize campaign performance through data-driven recommendations, attribution analysis, and A/B testing.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 6–10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or media performance analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI

• Strong experience with Python or R,
  SQL
  , predictive modeling, and data visualization.
• Experience with GA4
  , Google Ads
  , Facebook/Meta Ads
  , and marketing attribution.
• Knowledge of Snowflake
  , Big Query
  , Databricks
  , or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hub Spot
  .
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
